Pilot terms

These terms govern use of the Subcontractors.ai Florida pilot. By submitting information, you agree to these terms.

What the pilot is

Subcontractors.ai provides profile-preparation, public-record referencing and introduction services. It is not a contractor, employer, broker, insurer, surety, licensing authority or guarantor.

No award or qualification guarantee

A profile, source check or introduction does not guarantee a bid invitation, response, qualification decision, contract award, performance, payment or legal compliance. Each party must perform its own review before entering a business relationship.

Company information

You must have authority to submit information for the identified company. Submitted information must be accurate and not misleading. Participating companies may review and correct profile information before publication.

Public-source labels

Labels such as “license record found” describe a source checked on a stated date. They are not warranties that a record remains current or that a company is suitable for a particular project.

Founding-pilot payment

The founding setup price is $249 when a submitted application is accepted and the scope is confirmed. No payment is taken by submitting the application form. Any ongoing service is optional and requires a separate agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or confidential information; impersonate another company; probe the service for vulnerabilities; scrape profiles at scale; or use the pilot to send unsolicited bulk messages.

Availability and changes

This is an early pilot. Features, coverage and availability may change. A submitted request may be declined when it falls outside the pilot’s scope or cannot be responsibly fulfilled.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular project or accuracy beyond the specific source and date shown.
