MissingThe founding pilot
This is a hands-on profile setup and readiness review—not a promise that a GC will award work.
Trades, service area, project types and typical contract range in one clean page.
Applicable public license and registration records labeled with source and check date.
A practical list of missing, stale or company-supplied items to address before the next request.
A contractor-controlled URL that can accompany an introduction or prequalification response.
How it works
Tell us your trade, territory and typical project range.
We review fit before requesting the $249 founding payment.
You approve the facts and labels before anything is published.
Ongoing monitoring is optional after the founding setup.
The standard
“Florida license record found. Source checked July 27, 2026.”
“Fully verified and guaranteed subcontractor.”
Subcontractors.ai is a profile and matching service. It is not a contractor, employer, insurer, broker, surety or guarantor.
Five founding openings
The application takes about three minutes. If the pilot fits, we confirm the scope before requesting payment.
For general contractors
Tell us the trade, Florida location and bid date. During the pilot, every request is reviewed manually against opted-in company profiles.
Before you apply
No. The founding service organizes and labels company-supplied and public information. It does not guarantee an invitation, response, qualification decision or award.
It means the profile identifies the specific public source and the date checked. It does not mean Subcontractors.ai independently warrants the record or the company’s performance.
No. The founding pilot does not collect or store banking information, W-9s, confidential financial statements or private bid documents.
