The founding pilot

Useful before the directory has traffic.

This is a hands-on profile setup and readiness review—not a promise that a GC will award work.

01

Capability profile

Trades, service area, project types and typical contract range in one clean page.

02

Public record check

Applicable public license and registration records labeled with source and check date.

03

Document-gap report

A practical list of missing, stale or company-supplied items to address before the next request.

04

Shareable link

A contractor-controlled URL that can accompany an introduction or prequalification response.

How it works

Human-reviewed first. Automation only where it helps.

  1. 1
    Apply

Tell us your trade, territory and typical project range.

  2. 2
    Confirm the scope

We review fit before requesting the $249 founding payment.

  3. 3
    Review your profile

You approve the facts and labels before anything is published.

  4. 4
    Keep it current

Ongoing monitoring is optional after the founding setup.

The standard

Specific evidence beats a smooth badge.

We will say
“Florida license record found. Source checked July 27, 2026.”
We will not say
“Fully verified and guaranteed subcontractor.”

Subcontractors.ai is a profile and matching service. It is not a contractor, employer, insurer, broker, surety or guarantor.

Five founding openings

Build the profile your company can actually stand behind.

The application takes about three minutes. If the pilot fits, we confirm the scope before requesting payment.

  • Your approval before publishing

Application first. Payment is requested only after scope and fit are confirmed.

For general contractors

Thin trade? Send the actual need.

Tell us the trade, Florida location and bid date. During the pilot, every request is reviewed manually against opted-in company profiles.

Pilot requests are reviewed manually. No award or response is guaranteed.

Before you apply

Straight answers.

Does a profile guarantee bid invitations or work?

No. The founding service organizes and labels company-supplied and public information. It does not guarantee an invitation, response, qualification decision or award.

What does “public record checked” mean?

It means the profile identifies the specific public source and the date checked. It does not mean Subcontractors.ai independently warrants the record or the company’s performance.

Do you store W-9s, banking information or private financials?

No. The founding pilot does not collect or store banking information, W-9s, confidential financial statements or private bid documents.

Can I correct or remove my company information?

Yes. Companies control their submitted profile and may request correction or removal.
