Privacy notice

This notice explains how the Subcontractors.ai Florida pilot handles information submitted through the site.

Information collected

The pilot collects information you choose to submit, including your name, business contact information, company name, trade, service area, project details and other information entered in a form.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to review founding-pilot applications, respond to general-contractor requests, prepare company-controlled profiles, prevent abuse and operate the pilot. Submitting a request does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing list.

Public profiles

Company information is not published solely because a form was submitted. A participating company reviews and approves its profile before publication. Public records may be cited with their source and check date.

Information not requested

Do not submit banking information, Social Security numbers, W-9s, confidential financial statements or private bid documents. The founding pilot is not designed to store those materials.

Service providers and advertising

Hosting, database, payment, email, analytics or advertising providers may process limited information needed to operate their services. If advertising measurement is activated, device and interaction data may be processed subject to the provider’s controls and applicable law. Subcontractors.ai does not sell submitted contact information.

Retention and security

Information is retained while needed to review a request, operate a profile, address disputes or satisfy applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

A company may request access, correction or removal of submitted information. Use the relevant form on the home page and begin the notes field with “Privacy request” so the request can be identified.
